How the weeks seem to be flying by this year!
Tonight I have appliqued a fun and bright tree design onto a girls size 5 top (between drinks and pizza at the neighbours) see process below
the sketch
cut the tree stump out of felt
cut the circles out of printed poplin
applique stitch around the poplin

Lovely work! I avidly read your blog, i am sure there are many of us that do, so keep it coming! My favourites are the collage pictures you do, and when you jazz up old clothes! Ideas for other things, well how about a little purse/clutch, revamping towels or pillows with cute appliques, a warming winter scarf, a laptop sleeve etc...

Its lovely to have some feedback! somedays I think its just me working like crazy to finish the blog only to be sent out to the internet ethos....
I have been here since day 1, i am sure i will be here at day 365, i will therefore endeavour to comment more!! The wedding venue is amazingly cute, wow! I look forward to wedding themed crafts this year then, home-made screen-printed invites, or a sexy garter!!
